Are you the manufacturing engineer who will show HITEC the field of manufacturing engineering?! In this role, you will focus on developing, implementing and continuously improving new and existing production processes, tooling and workplaces. You analyze and design the workflow, meet the required space requirements and design, purchase (together with purchasing) and organize the placement of equipment to maximize production efficiency. In addition, you evaluate quality control processes and make targeted recommendations for improvements. You are involved in drawing up and managing PFMEAs, control plans and work instructions, and ensure that production processes comply with applicable policies and laws and regulations. As a technical point of contact, you contribute to predictable and stable (small) series production of high quality. Finally, you support decision-making within the production environment by providing insight into and calculating production, labor and material costs.
