Your Impact?

Are you the manufacturing engineer who will show HITEC the field of manufacturing engineering?! In this role, you will focus on developing, implementing and continuously improving new and existing production processes, tooling and workplaces. You analyze and design the workflow, meet the required space requirements and design, purchase (together with purchasing) and organize the placement of equipment to maximize production efficiency. In addition, you evaluate quality control processes and make targeted recommendations for improvements. You are involved in drawing up and managing PFMEAs, control plans and work instructions, and ensure that production processes comply with applicable policies and laws and regulations. As a technical point of contact, you contribute to predictable and stable (small) series production of high quality. Finally, you support decision-making within the production environment by providing insight into and calculating production, labor and material costs.

How do I apply?

Bachelor's or master's degree in, for example, industrial engineering or mechanical engineering;
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position within the manufacturing industry;
Knowledge of quality methods such as MSA, SPC, Cpk, PFMEA and root cause analysis is an advantage;
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma; Green Belt or similar experience is an advantage;
Analytical ability to translate design choices into process impact;
Experience with ERP, PLM and CAD software (SolidWorks);
Excellent command of the Dutch language, both orally and in writing;
Good command of the English language, both orally and in writing;
Proactive attitude in collecting information and a strong team player.
