Your future challenge

Your challenge:

As an Electrical Engineer (E-Plan & Hardware), you are the architect behind our control schemes for advanced UPS systems. With your expertise, you can translate technical specifications into smart, efficient and standard-compliant designs. With E-Plan, you work on commercial and innovative R&D projects and play a key role in the standardization and optimization of our drawing package. You also contribute to our hardware choices and explain why choices were made. You work closely with colleagues in Engineering and with other departments. You contribute ideas about standardization and consult regularly with Project Engineers and the Engineering Manager about progress and technical challenges. You are the point of contact for electrical questions and like to think in terms of solutions. As an Electrical Engineer, you are responsible for designing electrical diagrams and panel layouts in E-Plan, based on technical specifications. You prepare accurate production drawings, dimensional sketches, bills of materials (BOMs) and settings lists, and actively contribute to developing panel designs and making thoughtful hardware choices within the design team. Together with fellow engineers and under the guidance of the Engineering Manager, you proactively monitor the progress and quality of your work. You act as a technical sparring partner within the team and provide support with electrical issues. In addition, you provide technical support to Project Engineers during the implementation phase, and you discuss and review drawings with colleagues, continuously striving for improvement and standardization.
