đź’Ľ What are you going to do?

As Global Project Manager, you are at the heart of international technical projects, from the moment the customer says “yes” to successful delivery. You bear full responsibility for the project and act as the point of contact for the customer. In addition, you continuously monitor progress, quality and budget. You set clear project goals, monitor deadlines and ensure that all deliverables are delivered on time and by appointment. In direct cooperation with customers around the world, you build strong relationships and ensure clear communication. Internally, you work closely with multidisciplinary teams, such as engineering, production and logistics, that you manage and motivate. You keep a close eye on the budget, make adjustments where necessary and proactively make strategic decisions based on risk analyses. Safety and quality always come first for you — you ensure that all activities comply with the applicable standards and guidelines.

How do I apply?

We are looking for someone who is technically strong, but who is also strong in communication. Someone who can operate independently, but also knows how to get people on board.

âś… HBO/WO work and thinking level
âś… A completed course in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar
✅ 3—6 years of experience in project management
âś… Experience with technical projects and affinity with energy technology and/or utility construction
âś… Fluent in English, other languages are a bonus
âś… You work in a structured way, think in terms of solutions and switch easily between teams
