From our head office in Almelo, we work with colleagues in the US, UK, Malaysia, Spain, Taiwan and China. We are known for our customer focus, reliability and top quality. And now we need you to further strengthen that reputation. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you ensure that our products, processes and procedures seamlessly meet the highest quality and safety requirements. You are the link between different departments, keep a finger on the pulse of complaints and improvement projects, and turn ideas into tangible results. With your eye for detail and fresh eyes, you contribute to the quality of our organization on a daily basis. You improve and monitor our quality management system (ISO 9001), carry out internal audits and ensure that improvement actions are followed up. In addition, you train and coach colleagues in quality procedures and 8D tools, so that quality comes naturally to everyone. By communicating clearly and properly securing new processes, you help to further professionalize the organization. Finally, you analyze customer feedback and translate it into concrete improvements, with which you have a direct impact on our services. In short: you are the engine behind continuous improvement and quality awareness within our international team.

How do I apply?
  • A higher professional education degree (or similar) and at least 3 years of experience in quality management.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 (preferably 2015), internal audits and improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Familiarity with 8D, 5-Why, CAR, Fishbone and other root cause analysis techniques.
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • A proactive, result-oriented mindset and a passion for quality.
  • Experience with MS Office and digital tools is a bonus.
